having great saturday!! i've managed to update my blog and FB fan page...took some pics of the jewellery...though not done..but can continue tomorrow...hehhehe...not wasted huh...morning after breakfast, went to Honda showroom to see new launched car...HONDA FREED...

erm...personally i dun think i like it as much as Jazz...interior is too plastic feel...erm...exterior look nice though...hahhahah..and the main thing is...i dun wanna sit at the back la...no air cond geh...m'sia weather tak boleh la...

back to saturday outing topic...tonight going out with honeybee and friends...we are going Gardens, 1 Utama for dinner then go for movie, KICK ASS...hope it'll be a great outing tonite...

PC Fair 2010

went to PC Fair 2010 yesterday...as usual..nothing much...erm..this time round i think lesser ppl and lesser sellers also...not as aggresive as it used to be..the best part that i like was the exit area...where you can see people in orange, blue (@purple), green and yellow ler....i think u all know who or which company am talking bout...muahahhahahha....dun play play...

Wedding fair : An Afternoon @ Passion Road, Sunday 11 April 2010

You must be wondering why did I attend wedding fair, huh! Ahah! Got you! Am not getting married yet. Just go kepo kepo saja.We went to wedding fair as we were invited by our lovely mui. She’s now a wedding planner who owns DREAMAKER. Do let me know if interested, I’ll introduce her to you oh. 1st impression I had when I reached. “Oh! Why in such place huh”? But when we walked in, I got somehow a little impressed by the decors, kinda welcoming us. I like the hanging ornaments on the tree. Cool! So there we go, we went to the booths and kepo kepo. Found out lots of info and I shall be posting some of them below so that you can check them out.

Oh ya, I met my sis best fren there, Janet! Janet is a singer. Check out her portfolio HERE.

After some photo shootings, we sat down at the corner and had tea session. We had some snacks and desserts which are served at the buffet area. Food rating, so so only. Then it came to LUCKY DRAW time. 1st and 2nd lucky draw have been won by others. Honeybee teased me that I wasn’t that lucky with my business card. But to our surprised, the minute we were talking bout that, I heard my name was being announced! Wohoooooo! I won myself something. It’s a free makeup and hairdo for pre bridal shooting. Hahahaha. It’s from Michelle.

After all, we send mui back and we went home. Had a great afternoon with honeybee and mui @ Passion Road, Lorong Yap Kwan Seng. Thanks bee for being the driver of the day.

Fruits before food or after meals?

Have you ever wonder bout this question? Should you be taking your fruits before or after meal? This question prompt up to me when I was having tea session with my mui. She told me that fruits should be taken BEFORE meal. So I went home and googled bout this. And following are the findings.



“ Chinese medicine head of the department Guo ZhiHong of the general hospital of the Second Artillery Force thinks, will eat fruits at once after a meal, it is apt to cause the emergence of the overweight and fat phenomenon of weight. Regard fruit as the desserts after a meal, the organic acid among them will be bound with mineral in other food, influence the body to digest and assimilate; The pectin in the fruit absorbs the moisture, increases the function of the moist intensity of food in the intestines and stomach, so will eat the burden that fruits will also aggravate the intestines and stomach at once after a meal.

The correct time to eat the fruit is an hour before a meal (except persimmon). First of all, a lot of compositions are water soluble in the fruit, eat the absorption which is favorable to the essential nutrient of body before a meal. Secondly, fruit food with low heat, its heat equal weight 1/4 of wheaten food only on average, the pork waits for carnivorous about 1/10 on an equal basis. Eat the food with low heat first, it is apter to hold in a meal total heat takes in. Third, the easy to be oxidized, corruption of a lot of fruits, eating fruits first can shorten its residence time in the stomach, reduce its oxidizing, corrupt intensity. And satiated with food to later take fruits at once, the fructose included can enter the intestines in time, ferment among stomach, produce organic and sour, cause abdominal distension, suffer from diarrhea, take fruit take one hour after the meal.”
